The Solution
MITTI Café focuses on skilling and employing adults with physical, mental and psychiatric disabilities, especially from economically deprived backgrounds, in the hospitality sector. Through cafés run at corporate and institutional campuses, MITTI provides them a platform to leverage their potential and become gainfully employed, while also promoting inclusion. The PwD employees live a life of dignity and self-worth, transitioning from dependents to active earning members.
