The Solution I-Saksham is focused on creating large-scale sustainable change in the education eco-system in remote and backward areas through providing a 2-year fellowship program for young women from marginalized sections of the society. These women become community edu-leaders, acting as social agents of change and empowering children through education. They teach in government schools, with the aid of digital technology for 2 hours daily as a fellow volunteer and work to enhance community participation and ownership in the educational outcomes of children.
