The Incubation Process

Once an Idea is selected by the Screening Committee the Team will be allotted the required facilities at the NSRCEL and thus begins the process of incubation.  The NSRCEL will also allot a Team of Mentors who will work closely with the team to monitor the progress of the team and after discussions make the required course corrections.   Periodical reviews, discussions with cross functional teams, meetings with Angel Investors, and discussion with Subject matter Experts will all help the Idea bloom to an operating Business Entity

The end process of “Incubation” is “Graduation”. Graduation in the NSRCEL context means that the Company has a good stream of paying Customers or the subsequent round of funding should have taken place. In any case the NSRCEL does not support a project beyond 18 months.
